Free cancellations for bookings received by January 31st
You have up to 8 days before your stay
For reservations made before January 31, 2025, cancellations are free if received by email within 8 days before departure.
From the seventh day before departure the penalty will be 100%
For example, if your reservation is for a stay from 10/8 to 17/8 and you cancel on 5/8, you will lose 100% of the total reservation. If you cancel by 2/8 (included), you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
In the event that a penalty is applied, we will still do our best to resell the accommodation you booked and, if we succeed, we will issue a voucher to be spent in the future (within 1 year) even by a third party unknown to us (not already our customer).
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email sent to info@costabluresidence.it . The date of the email received will be considered valid.
